6 on Nansen by Proper Living is a 98-unit student and young professional accommodation project planned for launch in December 2020 in Observatory, Cape Town. The apartment building will offer premium lifestyle accommodation for students and young professionals. It is a development conceived and designed for young people by young people, with its two co-founders – Benji Schaffer and Caspar Lee – under thirty years of age.
